Where are your products manufactured?
Our manipulative puzzles and most of our strategy games are manufactured in China. Our Peek a boo puzzles are made in the USA.
Where do your products ship from?
Quantities less than 3000 ship from our office in Philadelphia, PA. Quantities over 3000 are shipped FOB Hong Kong.
How long does shipping take?
We ship most orders with in 2-4 business days.
What method of shipping do you use?
It depends on the geographic area we use FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
What is the shipping costs to the customer?
We weigh the shipment and charge accordingly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card, check and Paypal. Customers who provide us with credit references will be invoiced.
What are payment terms to the customer?
We prefer payment upfront. Customers who provide credit references can be set up on net 30 terms.
Do you include a price list with samples?
Yes we include order forms with samples. Many Reps use their own order forms but we are happy to provide them upon request.
What size orders can you handle at this point?
We maintain a significant amount in inventory of all of our products but quantities on hand does vary from product to product. We are launching three new products this summer and
are making final arrangements to receive goods from our factory.
What does your company charge reps for samples?
We have a "Starter Kit" that includes a large selection of our products for $59.95. This also includes price lists/order forms and our catalogs. We will refund that
cost once you have accumulated $500.00 in sales which is usually the second or third order. This minimizes the risk on both sides.
Is there anything else that you feel is important to know about elogIQ?
Yes. The President and founder of elogIQ has invented and patented most of the products we sell therefore development is a large part of what we do. Our mission is to enhance learning skills in areas such as Math and logic but also to provide game and puzzle fanatics with a thrilling challenge. We truly believe that using our products can enhance IQ by
teaching critical thinking and problem solving skills that are used in everyday life throughout adulthood.
What is your commission rate?
We offer 20% commission on all sales, first and repeating, with a opportunity to earn an additional 10% at the end of each quarter. We also have holiday incentives.
